📋 Description

• Design supplement packaging and labels from concept to print-ready files across cartons, bottles, pouches, jars, and inserts • Build and maintain dielines, manage prepress, color separations, and proofing, and deliver press-ready files • Lay out supplement-facts panels and compliance copy, partnering with Regulatory on claims, disclaimers, and unit counts • Translate packaging into e-commerce hero images, PDP modules, A+ / Brand Store content, social, email, and paid creative • Enforce brand consistency across SKUs and channels using brand standards, color, and typography • Collaborate with print vendors and co-manufacturers on specifications, materials, and quality • Help evolve packaging templates and asset libraries for scale • Partner with Brand, Product, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver compliant, on-brand launches

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of packaging and label design experience, ideally in supplements, nutrition, food & beverage, beauty, or another CPG category • Portfolio demonstrating both print and digital range, including shipped retail packaging and polished e-commerce/social assets • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Confidence building dielines, managing prepress, color profiles, and packaging specifications • Working knowledge of supplement/CPG label requirements, supplement-facts panels, claims, and net quantity • Strong typographic and layout instincts • Organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and launches in parallel • Collaborative communication across Brand, Product, and Operations • Ability to receive hard copy proofs for review • Experience designing packaging according to strict regulatory or label requirements • Experience with FDA-compliant Supplement Facts panels is requested in the application • Preferred: Amazon A+ / Brand Store content and DTC e-commerce design systems • Preferred: 3D packaging mockups, motion basics, or structural/sustainable packaging • Preferred: direct experience with co-manufacturers and print suppliers on production runs
