📋 Description

• Take ownership of complex analytical tasks across multiple business functions in the iGaming industry • Design and own end-to-end analytical workflows in Amazon Redshift using complex multi-step SQL, large-scale joins, and performance tuning • Conduct player behaviour analyses, including segmentation, RFM modelling, cohort analysis, LTV forecasting, and churn prediction • Analyse A/B test results, interpret statistical significance, evaluate group comparability, identify confounding factors, and provide recommendations • Track and analyse iGaming KPIs, including GGR, NGR, bonus abuse index, deposit/withdrawal trends, player LTV, and churn • Proactively flag data anomalies and investigate inconsistencies • Integrate and apply AI tools in daily analytical work, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted SQL generation, and automated insight summarisation • Translate complex data findings into actionable outputs for non-technical stakeholders through Excel reports and presentations • Learn and use EasyMorph for reporting and data preparation during team onboarding • Serve as a go-to expert for data quality, player behaviour analytics, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst in iGaming or online gambling — mandatory • Advanced SQL in Amazon Redshift, including window functions, CTEs, subqueries, query optimisation, and large-scale datasets • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and executive-level reporting • Strong command of iGaming KPIs: GGR, NGR, player LTV, churn rate, bonus abuse metrics, and deposit/withdrawal volumes • Solid understanding of A/B test analysis, including p-values, confidence intervals, effect sizes, pre-test group balance, and randomisation issues • Practical use of AI tools in analytical workflows, including LLMs, AI-assisted querying, and prompt engineering • Strong data quality mindset and ability to investigate inconsistencies • Clear English communication, written and verbal, at upper-intermediate level or higher • Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight is nice to have • Exposure to EasyMorph or similar ETL/data preparation platforms is nice to have • High ownership and autonomy • Structured analytical thinking • Proactive communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines • Collaborative mindset and comfort supporting junior colleagues
