📋 Description

• Design user experiences and interfaces for B2C gaming and iGaming products across web, desktop, and mobile • Own the end-to-end user experience from hypothesis through shipped feature to measured impact • Form hypotheses, design experiments, run A/B tests, and use results for iteration • Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify friction points, drop-offs, and growth opportunities • Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma • Contribute to and maintain the design system and UI libraries • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Ensure designs meet industry standards and iGaming compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design portfolio with real B2C cases and demonstrated impact • Experience in gaming, gamedev, or betting / iGaming • Expert-level Figma skills, including components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping • Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Claude Design and/or Figma Make • Experience with design systems and UI libraries • Hands-on experience with product testing, including A/B tests and hypothesis validation • Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short feedback loops • Understanding of core product metrics • Understanding of gamification mechanics and their impact on engagement and retention • Familiarity with data-driven product development processes
