📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers to create a strong customer support experience • Create and present renewal quotes to customers • Notify customers of upcoming contract expiration • Act as the liaison between customers, partners and distributors • Build strong relationships with internal team, partners, and customers • Work with internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive customer retention • Work collaboratively with the renewals team to manage the renewals pipeline and weekly forecast • Present quotes and renewals calendars with customers • Understand customers’ support renewal needs and provide recommendations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • General understanding and experience working in the IT industry • General understanding and experience managing SaaS contracts • Results driven, self-motivated performer • Good customer service and relationship building skills • Experience managing customer retention • Ability to multitask and display strong organizational skills • Personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency • Strong work ethic • Effective communication and listening skills • Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex issues • A positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced team • Dedication to constant learning and improvement • Strong negotiation understanding
