📋 Description

• Curate newsletter content covering commercial real estate topics and property types • Find the most important stories from across the media for Bisnow readers • Write national commercial real estate news articles, particularly breaking news • Track major trends, players, and deals in the U.S. and UK commercial real estate industry • Work with global news teams on major projects and national series • Provide CRE topic knowledge and existing work to the newsroom • Master and follow the Bisnow editorial process • Maintain and build relationships in a fast-paced, high-pressure editorial environment

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent news judgment • Great writing skills • Highly organized and deadline-oriented • Digital news experience • Ideally at least two years of experience in business journalism • Ability to use social media to find story ideas and understand audience interests • Self-starter personality • Knowledge of commercial real estate, urban and community planning, and urban design is a plus, but not required • Ability to work 40–50 hours weekly, including M–F 9:00–5:00 core hours, Tuesday and Thursday evening shifts, and two Sunday evening shifts per month
