📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and scale website strategy across all Bitly brands • Drive qualified traffic, performance growth, and non-paid acquisition • Own qualified traffic and signups from non-paid acquisition channels • Define organizational design and KPIs for non-paid acquisition, including agency versus in-house resourcing • Lead the website development, CRO, and AEO internal team • Partner with brand creative and content marketing teams on website initiatives • Own SEO and AEO strategy across product pages, blog, and help center content • Lead adoption of AI-first content tools, including programmatic pages and automated content generation • Evaluate and embed AI-first tools across research, content ideation, CRO testing, personalization, market intelligence, and analysis • Run cross-functional CRO testing through website and free-tool experiments • Own and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level non-paid growth reporting • Partner with GTM Engineering, revenue operations, and data teams to automate reporting and analytics with AI • Connect user behavior to Search and Web trends and educate the business • Apply AI-powered behavioral analysis and personalization to identify UX improvements and prioritize tests • Champion AI adoption and experimentation across the team • Enable the marketing team to manage both websites through the CMS

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience developing and executing website strategy and digital marketing, with a track record of success • Strong understanding of website analytics tools and data-driven decision-making • Demonstrated success driving traffic, improving user experience, and optimizing signup rates for qualified traffic in a Product Led environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams • Comfortable operating in a remote-working environment and taking ownership of strategy and key success metrics • Actively uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, AirOps, Profound, and Ahrefs • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI capabilities and build AI fluency across the team • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work by potential impact • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, or Washington
