📋 Description

• Consult and meet with clients regularly to learn their needs and provide project progress updates • Provide product and delivery-process leadership • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical delivery teams • Participate in roadmap planning and align product initiatives with business objectives and strategies • Implement Bitovi’s Agile program-management approach to produce accurate, actionable plans at scale • Deliver business and technical expertise to feature teams throughout design, coding, testing, and implementation • Develop technical requirements from business requirements and prioritize them • Break requirements into workable sizes and user stories • Manage and appropriately escalate risks, issues, and changes • Manage and refine the product backlog, assemble sprints, and perform release planning • Participate in releases as the product expert and surface issues before release • Ensure roadmaps and product backlogs are visible, transparent, and clear to brand partners • Travel approximately 3–5 days every quarter, coordinated with the employee’s schedule • Present at conferences, give training, plan and run meetups or local groups, and create content in areas of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years related technology experience • 3+ years of technology product, project and/or program management experience; multiple disciplines strongly preferred • BA/BS degree or related experience • Proven skillset leading or guiding software and Agentic AI projects at a multi-team scale with executive-level stakeholders • Experience working with platform partners to jointly deliver solutions • Track record creating, communicating, and managing detailed program or project plans spanning multiple stakeholders and partners • Skilled in analyzing processes and identifying pain points to deliver operational efficiencies • Experience leading product discovery, planning, and driving technical product value • Ability to break down mockups and wireframes into actionable stories • Ability to lead estimation processes while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedule • Interest and experience working directly with clients and joining new projects regularly • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Experience with matrix working relationships • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP • Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master • Agentic AI and consulting experience is advantageous • Applicants should be based in the US; preference for time zones overlapping North America • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, averaging 3–5 days every quarter
