📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for an assigned Marine or RV & Camping product area. • Lead customer discovery and analyze market and product data. • Translate business needs into product requirements and priorities. • Own PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, refinement, backlog, and delivery planning. • Partner with engineering and design on technical approaches, blockers, scope, and prioritization. • Build and validate prototypes using AI-assisted tools. • Use AI and agentic workflows for research, requirements, data analysis, documentation, and recurring product-management tasks. • Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders on go-to-market planning, feedback, and adoption. • Define success metrics and use product analytics to assess adoption, usage, conversion, retention, and product health. • Communicate priorities, technical tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to engineering teams, stakeholders, and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable customer and business outcomes. • Experience delivering technically complex software products. • Hands-on Product Owner experience, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and direct engineering collaboration. • Strong technical fluency in architecture, security, data, APIs, and system design. • Hands-on AI proficiency building AI-powered tools, prototypes, automations, or agentic workflows with measurable improvements. • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies. • Ability to create or contribute directly to product prototypes and collaborate with design teams. • Strong customer discovery, analytical, financial, and prioritization skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level communication. • High ownership, urgency, and independence in a fast-moving environment. • Sound judgment evaluating AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, privacy, and reliability. • Comfort independently building prototypes, queries, and automations. • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
