• Identify, engage, and develop new Creatio and CRM opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders • Understand customer challenges and position BIG's Creatio and consulting solutions as strategic enablers • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close • Leverage our Premier Creatio Partnership to accelerate opportunities and access partner-sourced leads • Maintain disciplined, accurate pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM • Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery to develop targeted go-to-market strategies • Create and execute outbound strategies including account-based outreach, event engagement, and multi-channel prospecting • Develop long-term account strategies aligned to customer transformation initiatives • Represent BIG at industry, partner, and client events • Travel up to 40% as needed for client and partner engagement
• 2+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or business applications sales • Proven success selling complex technology or professional services solutions • Experience engaging C-level executives and senior business stakeholders • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills • Disciplined approach to sales-process follow-up, administration, and CRM hygiene • Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, virtual, and in-person settings • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and pipeline-generation metrics • Highly organized with strong planning and territory management • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a highly autonomous environment
