📋 Description
• Realizar evaluaciones conductuales y desarrollar planes de tratamiento ABA individualizados. • Proporcionar supervisión clínica y orientación a los técnicos en conducta encargados de implementar los programas. • Monitorear el progreso de los clientes y ajustar los planes de tratamiento según sea necesario. • Colaborar con los cuidadores y equipos multidisciplinarios para apoyar los objetivos del tratamiento. • Mantener una documentación precisa y garantizar que los servicios se brinden de acuerdo con los estándares éticos y clínicos.
🎯 Requirements
• Certificación activa como BCBA en regla. • Maestra en Análisis de la Conducta, Psicología, Educación o un campo relacionado. • Se prefiere experiencia brindando servicios ABA a personas con autismo o discapacidades del desarrollo. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
