📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end close execution • Prepare and review complex journal entries, accruals, prepayments, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Perform detailed monthly financial variance (flux) analysis across revenue and operating expenses • Partner with FP&A to translate financial data into meaningful insights for leadership • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, corporate card management, and expense management tools • Support evaluation, design, and implementation of the next-generation ERP system • Prepare audit-ready workpapers, schedules, and internal controls for external financial audits • Support invoice processing, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects alongside Finance and People team leaders • Report directly to the Director of Accounting and partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting, public accounting, or financial operations in a high-growth, multi-state startup environment • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Solid technical knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, complex journal entries, and variance analysis • Hands-on experience with modern cloud accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and spend platforms (Ramp, Bill.com, Rippling) • Direct exposure to ERP implementation projects and external financial audit preparation • CPA is a strong plus
