📋 Description

• Conduct individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26 • Provide ongoing individual evidence-based therapy • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families • Develop individualized care plans and adjust treatment based on patient progress • Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, families, and outside specialists • Participate in optional weekly clinical consultations • Maintain thorough intake documentation and patient records • Educate and advise families about therapeutic approaches and care • Support coordinated, whole-child treatment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting • Experience using evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practices • Skilled in clinical assessments and psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations • Comfortable using Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems, and other virtual platforms • Flexibility and willingness to reschedule patients when needed
