📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day scheduling, rescheduling, and PTO tracking • Coordinate unexpected provider call-outs, schedule coverage, and system adjustments • Handle non-clinical patient complaints and requests • Log tracking data and route non-clinical crises to appropriate leaders • Coordinate meetings for the Medical Services Director • Manage IT requests and update internal FAQs • Prepare operational reports • Collaborate with MS Operations teammates on shift, function, or specialty coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical scheduling, clinic coordination, or a high-volume virtual operations support environment • High comfort level with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software; Athena preferred • Experience with Slack/Teams and spreadsheet/data management • Ability to support a flexible operational schedule, including evening, weekend, and rotating on-call coverage • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to navigate sensitive healthcare conversations professionally • Successful completion of standard healthcare background check and credentialing verification
