📋 Description

• Lead clinical quality assurance and professional development across the therapy team • Maintain a direct-care caseload of patients • Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries • Establish and monitor clinical care benchmarks • Use chart-audit findings to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive continuous clinical improvement • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to assigned therapists • Support case conceptualization, risk management, and professional growth • Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians • Train clinicians on Blackbird’s care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices • Provide constructive feedback and tailored instruction based on audits and performance reviews • Deliver 12–15 direct-care clinical hours per week of evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families • Collaborate with specialty providers across disciplines on comprehensive whole-child treatment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania • Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families • Demonstrated experience conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or clinical training/quality management • Expertise in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT-informed, and TF-CBT • Expertise in neurodiversity-affirming care • Ability to supervise master’s-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists • Experience with clinical documentation, treatment planning, therapeutic delivery, chart reviews, and quality standards • Ability to work collaboratively with PMHNPs, OTs, SLPs, and clinical operations
