📋 Description

• Run day-to-day IT operations and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues across macOS and Windows • Work the Jira Service Management queue, meet SLAs, and escalate identity, security, and architecture issues • Administer Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian user access, and the password manager • Resolve account lockouts, MFA problems, VPN and Teams issues, and SharePoint and OneDrive file recovery • Perform MFA resets and enrollments, group and role assignments, and routine Entra and SSO user administration • Fulfill application access, license, shared mailbox, and AI tool seat and quota requests within policy • Operate Intune, Jamf, and Datto RMM, including enrollment, provisioning, app deployment, patch compliance, remediation, and hardware refreshes • Execute employee onboarding and offboarding, including device collection, access removal, and license reclamation • Monitor Power Automate onboarding and offboarding flows and resolve routine failures • Maintain hardware and software inventory, warranties, assignments, and disposal records • Coordinate shipping and returns for a distributed workforce • Produce device inventory, compliance, user review, and access review reports for leadership, audits, and renewals • Follow up on non-compliant devices and verify offboarding completeness for SOC 2 and CMMC needs • Script routine tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python and improve onboarding, offboarding, and reporting automation • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and how-to guides • Provision and maintain lab devices and VDI user setups for Engineering • Track license counts and renewal dates and assist with vendor and procurement tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 5 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations, including Tier 2 experience • Strong hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows • Practical administration of Microsoft 365 and at least some of Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom • Working experience with Microsoft Entra ID user and group administration, SSO, and MFA at admin level • Hands-on experience with an MDM or RMM platform such as Intune, Jamf, or Datto RMM • Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for routine automation • Experience with ticketing and service management tools, with Jira Service Management preferred • Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals • Clear communication and a service-oriented, accountable mindset • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time • For US employment, authorization to work in the United States without restriction is required • Preferred certifications: Microsoft MD-102 or MS-102, Jamf 200, or CompTIA • Nice to have: experience with Auth0 or other SSO and identity providers • Nice to have: experience gathering evidence in a SOC 2, CMMC, or ISO 27001 audited environment
