📋 Description
• Financial Modeling & Underwriting • Underwrite senior living investments, including occupancy ramp, rate/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses. • Investor Support & Underwriting Collaboration • Translate operating assumptions and performance into investor-ready analyses and presentations. • Transactions & Strategic Analysis • Conduct market research and competitive analysis within senior housing markets. • Budgeting & Forecasting • Build and maintain forward-looking financial projections incorporating occupancy, rate growth, and labor cost assumptions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field • 1–4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience • Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)
