📋 Description

• Serve as primary financial business partner to the SVP of Finance and own the Americas P&L • Own revenue trajectory, EBITDA performance, margins, client health, and investment decisions • Lead monthly financial planning cycles, including executive narratives, variance analysis, CBU scorecards, rolling forecasts, and risk assessments • Drive profitability improvements through client-margin analysis, pricing recommendations, staffing actions, and performance tracking • Partner with NA SVPs on investment cases and resource allocation • Represent finance at the executive table as the senior NA finance voice • Own NA forecast accuracy and financial targets, identifying misses and recommending corrective actions • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts with CBU leaders • Analyze revenue mix dynamics and their margin and EBITDA implications • Manage two Finance Business Partners and mentor them toward greater independence and SVP-level credibility • Oversee the Global FP&A function through the Sr. FP&A Manager • Ensure consolidated P&L, executive reporting, board decks, and forecast infrastructure are timely and high quality • Review the global financial package for accuracy, completeness, and narrative quality • Build proactive business partnership and executive-ready financial storytelling • Own the NA client health framework, including revenue concentration, profitability, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities • Lead client-level margin analysis and drive pricing, staffing optimization, and SOW restructuring actions • Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership on strategic deal structuring and pricing • Support revenue recognition oversight and ASC 606 compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or AI/data firms • Minimum 5 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership role • Experience owning a $100M+ regional or business unit P&L • Direct accountability for forecast accuracy, margin performance, and profitability outcomes • Ability to translate financial analysis into management actions that improve EBITDA and client margins • Experience building structure and process in fast-moving, growth-stage environments • Ability to manage, develop, and mentor mid-career finance professionals • Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems such as Prophix, Anaplan, Workday Planning, or equivalent • Deep understanding of professional services economics, including bill rates, utilization, burden rates, and ASC 606 • Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred • Hands-on experience with Prophix or similar cloud-based performance management platforms preferred • Exposure to M&A integration, post-acquisition financial management, and multi-entity consolidation preferred • Experience transitioning finance from reactive reporting to proactive business partnership preferred • Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools preferred • Experience supporting a matrixed organization with direct and indirect reporting lines across geographies preferred
