📋 Description

• Work with political strategists to understand their workflows and identify how AI can improve their work • Translate strategist workflows into product decisions involving humans and AI agents • Establish rigorous yet pragmatic standards for evaluating AI systems • Design evaluations and LLM-as-judge systems to assess whether LLM-powered features are accurate, well-grounded, and useful • Rapidly prototype ideas using coding agents before product commitments • Communicate findings and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences, including clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or applied statistician • Extensive experience shipping features or products • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and standard statistical/ML tooling • Comfort working with real-world data • Hands-on experience evaluating or building on top of LLMs • Experience designing evaluation sets • Experience building LLM-as-judge pipelines • Experience working with embeddings • Good product instincts and focus on end-user interaction with models • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Motivation by Blue Rose Research’s mission and interest in learning the progressive political ecosystem • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
