📋 Description

• Lead and manage delivery of major technology initiatives for OHA and ODHS • Direct and manage senior project managers, coordinators, and other project staff • Assist the EDGE Senior IT Director and CIO with planning and directing statewide information systems administration, operations, and service delivery • Work with OHA and ODHS Chief Operating Officers, Project Directors, and Program Leaders to establish strategic and tactical project approaches, staffing, and processes • Collaborate with the State CIO’s office, State Procurement Office, Legislative Fiscal Office, State Data Center, and federal funding partners throughout project life cycles • Participate in setting strategic technology direction for OHA and ODHS programmatic and administrative functions • Create tactical plans and project plans and participate in statewide planning efforts • Manage project managers and coordinators assigned to led projects • Provide project management expertise, coaching, and best practices through the Enterprise PMO • Ensure critical technology projects use standard, consistent methodologies • Coordinate with EDGE leadership and the Enterprise PMO Manager to implement OIS programs, policies, and procedures • Represent OIS in governance committees, steering committees, and other decision-making bodies

🎯 Requirements

• Seven years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR four years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field • 7+ years of management experience in an IT organization • 4–6 years’ experience leading a Project Delivery team for large scale initiatives • 4–6 years’ experience managing a project portfolio greater than $50 million • 4–6 years’ experience in executive communication, relationship building and collaboration • PMP certification desired • Strong customer service orientation and high degree of responsiveness to customer requirements • Demonstrated ability to advise on large, complex IT initiatives and guide project teams through significant challenges • Must submit a resume and cover letter • Must answer all supplemental questions completely and accurately • Employment contingent upon a criminal records check meeting OHA criteria • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position does not provide visa sponsorship • Must complete I-9 documentation and work authorization verification within three days of hire
