📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth consultations • Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients • Collaborate actively in a team-based format with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselor providers • Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers • Attend virtual clinical team meetings • Build and manage a rapidly growing caseload

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fully licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC • Open to licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA • Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required • Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender communities desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Solid computer and basic technology skills
