📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Collaborate with therapists and prescribers in team-based care • Meet regularly with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Attend clinical conferences at least once per week during the first 90 days of employment, then once monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license • Open to licensing in AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA • At least 6 months of prior work experience as a PMHNP • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Solid computer and basic technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and providing psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills
