📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year Finance IT technology strategy and roadmap • Serve as the primary technology partner to Finance leadership across Controllership, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Procurement • Lead platform rationalization, consolidation, modernization, and application/SKU rationalization across the Finance technology portfolio • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Finance technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements • Drive Agile and hybrid project execution on scope, schedule, and budget • Own governance and reporting for Finance IT programs • Ensure availability, performance, reliability, SLA management, incident response, triage, and root-cause resolution for Finance platforms • Oversee technology supporting R2R, S2P, asset accounting, payroll, O2C, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics • Lead finance technology transformation, close automation, AI-assisted reconciliation, intelligent procurement, and Generative AI/Copilot initiatives • Maintain Finance technology industry knowledge, vendor roadmaps, technology radar, license reviews, and build/buy/partner evaluations • Lead, mentor, and develop a global Finance IT team • Manage vendors, system integrators, and platform partners • Own Legal and Compliance systems strategy and delivery, including Ironclad CLM and related integrations • Lead end-user adoption, role-based training, change impact assessments, communications, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms • Own Finance IT testing strategy and governance across unit, integration, regression, UAT, and parallel-run testing • Own Finance IT General Controls and SOX compliance, including change management, access controls, audit support, SoD, and continuous controls monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience • 5+ years in a Finance IT or ERP leadership role • Deep expertise in Workday Financials, including Workday Accounting Center, implementation, and post-production operations • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream Finance technology programs in a global enterprise • Strong knowledge of R2R, S2P, AP, O2C, Asset Accounting, Payroll, and FP&A processes • Experience with financial close platforms such as BlackLine and planning/budgeting tools such as Oracle ePBCS or equivalent • Experience leading and developing diverse, distributed global technology teams • Ability to partner strategically with Finance executives while maintaining delivery accountability • Strong understanding of SOX controls, financial compliance, and technology audit requirements • Finance technology acumen covering platform utilization, application rationalization, industry direction, vendor strategy, and emerging AI capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field • Preferred Workday Finance certifications or implementation credentials • Preferred experience with Lucernex or comparable lease accounting platforms • Preferred hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM or comparable CLM platforms and integrations with Salesforce and Finance systems • Preferred experience supporting Legal Operations or Compliance technology functions • Preferred exposure to AI/ML use cases in finance automation • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Preferred experience in a SaaS, high-growth technology, or supply chain software company • Preferred familiarity with Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, or Workday AI in a Finance context
