📋 Description

• Implement and support Epic Willow Ambulatory • Configure, test, install, train users on, and troubleshoot application systems • Align technology solutions with business strategies • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel • Understand business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities • Apply technology to improve business processes within strategic system goals

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience • Strong written communication skills, including technical writing • Strong verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to diagnose and solve problems often spanning multiple environments in a business area • Ability to be a team player; flexible, friendly, congenial, and enthusiastic • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
