• Oversee a team of analysts responsible for coordinating, training, and implementing Epic Willow Ambulatory • Ensure applications are well supported and implementations meet organizational standards • Coordinate training, troubleshooting, configuration, and error resolution for new and existing applications • Work closely with end-users and ITS management to develop and implement new features and functions • Partner with assigned departments to identify user requirements • Utilize available technologies and develop detailed interface and conversion specifications • Recommend software solution options • Lead large-scale development and implementation projects for new features or enhancements • Plan system conversions and detailed interfaces • Provide oversight and project management to analyst teams on other projects • Mentor, guide, and motivate direct reports • Supervise day-to-day operations and support • Ensure team assignments are completed according to project timelines • Provide customer service and ongoing communication, feedback, and follow-through with customers and peers
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) • At least five years of information systems experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager • Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide and motivate direct reports through demonstration of best practices • Ability to supervise day-to-day operations and support • Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills • Strong software and application knowledge • Base knowledge of relevant technologies preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of business environment and operations • Close attention to detail and ability to monitor processes and maintain system records • Ability to present and interpret complex information and communicate with customers or clients • Ability to identify complex problems, assess causes and operational impact, report issues, propose solutions, and independently or collaboratively resolve problems • Ability to negotiate and acquire resources as necessary to implement projects • Ability to complete team work assignments according to established project timelines
