📋 Description

• Lead a combined Advanced Customer Engagement and National Key Account Director team delivering Specialty Care business-unit goals • Set the strategic, analytical, and operational vision for the Specialty Care National Key Account organization • Provide direct leadership to NKAD and ACE Director teams • Lead strategic, operational, and portfolio activities across aligned national key account customers and Supergroups • Generate business insights and translate healthcare issues and customer drivers into prioritized opportunities • Coordinate resource allocation and cross-brand operational matters including meetings, training, compliance, and business technology • Lead ACE Directors in developing patient-focused solutions and optimizing customer engagement through the Integrated Account Team process • Guide plans for implementing, communicating, and improving patient care using goals, KPIs, and customer capabilities • Drive operational excellence in account planning, IAT materials, tools, and compliant communication of impact • Monitor progress toward customer goals, adjust plans, and champion best practices for Brand and RCM resources • Lead NKADs to deliver targeted Specialty Care portfolio outcomes across national health systems and member organizations • Partner with prioritized national customers and stakeholders to meet needs and create net revenue for Pfizer • Manage team performance and development through direction, prioritization, coaching, and feedback • Conduct business reviews, set performance objectives, and lead cross-functional projects • Lead culture initiatives and manage award and recognition planning • Lead business-critical projects, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with Pfizer business units and functional partners including Market Access, Government Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Medical, Commercial Effectiveness, and Brand Marketing • Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends, quality measures, HIT, healthcare reform, payers, and stakeholder interdependencies • Analyze organizational metrics, data, and market dynamics to prioritize opportunities and formulate business plans • Travel significantly, over 30%, due to HQ, engagement, and customer-facing responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • At least 12 years of experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech in sales, key account management, and/or HQ functions • Leadership experience, including demonstrated success managing diverse teams across multiple disciplines • Extensive experience in health system, MG, IDN sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles • Ability to develop insights, strategy, and tactical plans • Ability to develop and motivate others and lead through change • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate across Pfizer to achieve business-unit objectives • Comfortable working with senior leaders and developing senior leadership presentations • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • Strong project and program management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Valid US driver's license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidates • Ability to travel overnight based on business requirements • MBA preferred • More than 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, marketing, and/or organizational strategy leadership preferred • Prior local and/or in-line marketing experience preferred • Experience leading teams focused on large organized customers and key member organizations preferred • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
