📋 Description

• Perform all duties and responsibilities of the Central Intake Team according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures • Monitor and oversee Central Intake referral requests to ensure timely and accurate processing • Collaborate with Central Operations Teams and Leadership to identify, document, and report process gaps and propose solutions • Track individual and team performance metrics daily • Develop and sustain a motivated team environment focused on individual and team objectives • Oversee Central Intake processing and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed • Respond to Regional Leaders’ inquiries regarding delayed referrals with documented timelines and conditions affecting completion • Run and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports to supervisors and leadership • Identify trends and opportunities and report data to the direct supervisor the same day • Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop, implement, and revise Standard Operating Procedures • Protect the confidentiality of patient information • Oversee orientation and manage IDPs for new team members • Develop team members through continuous training, coaching, and mentoring • Cross-train and support other Central Operations Teams with special projects • Perform additional duties as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Intake Coordination • 1 year of Team Lead experience highly preferred • Excellent communication and public speaking skills • Ability to interact professionally with company staff, referral sources, patients, and others • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Basic Excel skills required • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
