📋 Description

• Lead operational improvement projects from scoping through delivery • Define project scope, assign owners, manage timelines and dependencies, and report progress • Map, document, and improve core business processes • Write clear SOPs and playbooks for team adoption • Align priorities across departments and resolve cross-team dependencies • Keep projects moving when work crosses teams • Define and track operational KPIs • Build dashboards and regular reports for leadership • Select, implement, and improve tools and automations that reduce manual work and accelerate delivery • Use AI for process analysis, documentation, and workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or program management • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently • Demonstrated delivery of operational projects with measurable results, such as time saved, cost reduced, or output increased • Strong process design skills, including workflow mapping, bottleneck identification, and SOP documentation • Analytical ability to work with data, track KPIs, and turn reporting into action • Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools • Clear communication and ability to work with leadership and individual contributors • Ability to provide direct feedback and keep stakeholders informed • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Organized and proactive approach, including managing shifting priorities • Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum is nice to have • Experience building operations from scratch in a startup or scaling company is nice to have • Experience with workflow automation or AI tools is nice to have • Comfort with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is nice to have
