📋 Description

• Support an assigned senior leader in executing strategic priorities for the business/group • Gather and integrate information to promote effective and profitable business/group operations • Interpret financial and business results and assess operating environments and emerging trends • Provide planning, support, and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness • Track achievement of objectives and support risk management, compliance, and attestation/reporting processes • Advise on community/industry events and coordinate event logistics • Develop consistent communications for senior leaders and leadership teams • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Advise business/groups on solution implementation • Support planning and implementation of operational programs • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze strategic problems, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations • Independently review, analyze, and resolve strategic issues • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Build change management plans and lead or participate in change management activities • Define communication plans, develop tailored messaging, and identify distribution channels • Build stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment • Manage service/customer complaint escalations and follow up to optimize customer satisfaction and experience • Plan and control operating expenses within business forecasts and budgets • Coordinate budgets and reporting to compare actual results with budget • Use systems such as exception and tracking reports to manage information • Integrate information from multiple sources to improve processes, analysis, and reporting • Make sound, risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy and applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills • Ability to manage operational and compliance risk • Ability to apply BMO's Risk Management Framework, Risk Culture, and approved Risk Appetite • Ability to adhere to applicable policies, laws, and regulations
