📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs in the assigned geography • Provide clinical and product education for BMS hematology and oncology products through 1:1 interactions, group presentations, and remote channels • Assess treatment and patient-management landscapes, needs, processes, and protocols with HCPs • Use approved CNC resources and presentations and respond accurately and compliantly to HCP questions • Evaluate CNC activity impact and plan follow-up and next steps • Monitor CNC dashboard and account data and adjust activities and business plans • Increase knowledge of treatment landscapes, product attributes, and disease states • Deliver educational speaker programs and in-services for HCP customers • Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients • Support clinical, disease-area, and product-specific training for internal stakeholders • Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities • Share clinical insights and patient-management experiences internally to support franchise strategy • Travel approximately 50–75% of the time and interact with HCPs in multiple public settings

🎯 Requirements

• APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology disease area • Current active Nursing License • OCN Certification • Clinical depth within Hematology, Oncology and Cell Therapy disease states • Strong business acumen aligned with business priorities • Advanced communication and presentation platform skills • Experience transferring clinical expertise to others and influencing patient management processes/protocols • Collaboration skills • Established relationships with health care providers within the assigned geography • Willingness and ability to fly and drive within the territory • Valid state-issued driver license and clear driving record • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Ability to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies
