📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support healthcare clients • Use advanced technology tools to deliver analysis and process improvement strategies • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ revenue cycles • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership • Focus on Perioperative Services, Invasive Cardiology, including Cath and Electrophysiology Labs, and Interventional Radiology • Review accounts by comparing clinical documentation to billing outcomes • Apply clinical knowledge to improve and streamline charge capture processes and elevate clients to best-practice standards

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a health-related field is required; an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable • 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, or nursing being a strong advantage • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, with a proven track record delivering client-focused solutions • Expertise in hospital revenue cycle management, specifically charge capture processes • Technical knowledge in the area of expertise and appropriate licensure or certification; examples include BSN, CCS, CPC, RHIA, or project management certification • Must currently hold a CIRCC or CNOR credential, or plan on acquiring one within 1 year of employment • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staff • Exceptional financial and analytical skills; aptitude for using data for decision-making and process improvement • Proficiency in Excel is required • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Prior sales or business development experience is a plus • Willingness/ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as needed • Charge capture and coding experience is a bonus • Clinical experience in Perioperative Services, Invasive Cardiology, or Interventional Radiology is a bonus
