📋 Description

• Work on Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations • Solve customer requirements within product boundaries through configurations, customizations, and integrations • Collaborate with team leads, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver according to the project plan • Participate in customer and partner interactions for requirements and solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes and management, live cutover, and transition support • Train and guide newly onboarded Salesforce developers on Terafina configurations, customizations, and integrations • Serve as a contact point for the Terafina support team regarding delivery issues reported by customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users • Technical project management experience • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs • Experience using GitHub or other version control software • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications • 9–12 years of previous development experience, preferably in Salesforce • Experience with banking-domain projects or products preferred but not required • Willingness to work with teams across the US and India
