📋 Description

• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with Regional, National, and Healthcare Professional thought leaders in a defined geography • Engage top HCPs in high-disease-burden hospitals • Capture medical insights and advise cross-functional partners as a clinical and scientific advisor • Support enterprise and medical strategies and help ensure the medical community understands safe and effective use of BMS medicines • Address scientific questions beyond approved assets and indications • Conduct pre-launch, peri-launch, and lifecycle medical engagement • Provide educational dialogue and clinical evidence based on physicians' needs and the field medical plan • Serve on a scheduled basis as Medical on Call, virtually answering unsolicited off-label and technically complex questions • Spend the majority of time in the field interacting with investigators, clinical thought leaders, and other external stakeholders • Develop trusted relationships with academic and community neurology Thought Leaders • Collaborate with Thought Leaders to gather clinical landscape insights and support medical plan development • Engage medical societies, Patient Advocacy Groups, and guideline committee members • Train external speakers as needed • Strategically engage payers with fHEOR and Account Executives • Document and achieve annual goals • Leverage digital capabilities to enhance medical engagement • Provide clinical development teams with study and site feasibility recommendations • Liaise with large accounts to understand clinical barriers and promote equitable access to clinical trials • Lead major evidence read-outs with clinical trial investigators • Support interventional and non-interventional research studies, including study-site identification and patient recruitment • Support HCPs in ISR submission, execution, and study follow-up • Ensure investigators understand and apply BMS pharmacovigilance procedures • Alert appropriate BMS personnel to identified adverse events • Support CRO-sponsored studies when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with experience in a specific disease area, broad medical background, or relevant pharmaceutical experience • Experience working in a scientific and/or clinical research environment • Field medical expertise preferred • Deep understanding of Thought Leader environment and needs • Strong neurology experience required • Knowledge of scientific or clinical disease areas, patient treatment trends, and clinical landscapes • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry compliance and regulatory guidelines • Understanding of scientific publications • Knowledge of clinical trial design and process • Understanding of national and regional healthcare and access environments • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and ethical, governmental, and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with HCPs • Ability to analyze market trends and HCP preferences • Ability to segment HCPs and tailor communications to individual HCP needs • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and analytics, including CE^3 analytics engine • Competency using CE^3 and other software or CRM tools to manage HCP data and interactions • Ability to use Medical on Call technology • Ability to use internet and online resources effectively • Deep knowledge and experience of RWE • Ability to interpret RWE and identify opportunities for RWE projects • High integrity and good judgment • Willingness to travel and live within the managed territory or within 50 miles of territory borders • At least 21 years of age • Driver's license in good standing issued by state of residence • Acceptable driving risk level • Ability to operate a company-provided vehicle
