📋 Description

• Provide timely maintenance of POS, broadband, PC, and telephone system hardware in assigned restaurants • Perform hardware maintenance, service calls, and preventive maintenance • Provide technical support to restaurants and the Help Desk • Provide weekend support as scheduled • Transport repair equipment and parts and maintain adequate inventory • Perform system upgrades and modifications • Assist with staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, natural disasters, and training outside the assigned region when randomly assigned • Install equipment in new restaurants • Remove, refurbish, and reinstall equipment during major remodels • Consistently demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values • Perform other tasks as directed by management and represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally
