📋 Description

• Prepare study cost calculations in collaboration with international clinical study teams and Controlling • Process payments for contract research organizations and study sites in compliance with internal processes and guidelines • Review finalized contracts related to payment processing • Monitor and analyze study cost development and budget performance • Calculate and manage accruals/provisions with internal and external stakeholders • Serve as a communication hub and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on cost and payment management • Manage cost calculation, budget management, payment processing, and reporting for clinical trials at regional and global levels

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting • Proficiency in MS Office 365 • Experience with SAP FI is considered an advantage • Strong numerical aptitude • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Fluency in Business English • German language skills are an asset
