📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify passive, high-calibre talent • Review resumes and conduct deep-dive technical screenings to evaluate skills in Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access • Partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand complex hiring requirements and provide regular market insights • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-priority, niche client services, scientific, and creative roles • Support a fast-paced and growing global organization • Manage a high volume of technical requisitions and help build teams that drive meaningful impact across healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting within the medcomms, life sciences, or biotech sectors (agency or in-house) • A strong understanding of the medical communications, advertising, and market access environments • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple active roles without compromising on candidate quality • Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
