Built as a system of record for enterprise operations, Reflow aggregates granular execution data across tools to surface objective insights, recommend high-impact automations (e. g. , refund processing, chargeback triage, subscription cancellations), and verify compliance with SOPs while maintaining enterprise-grade security and privacy controls.

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles • Own searches end-to-end, from role kickoff through offer and close • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans • Run structured, high-signal interview processes • Source senior engineers and technical talent across Europe and Latin America • Source Customer Success, GTM, and Product roles across the US • Build and maintain pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and market insight • Assess technical and behavioral fit with hiring managers • Recruit for international roles • Partner with People/Ops on compliant, scalable hiring practices by region • Advise on market dynamics, compensation expectations, and talent availability • Deliver a thoughtful, respectful, and well-run candidate experience • Communicate clearly and move quickly across time zones • Represent Reflow’s values and standards • Improve recruiting processes, documentation, and tooling • Bring structure without unnecessary process • Raise hiring quality across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, owning full-cycle hiring • Experience hiring for founding engineering positions at an early-stage startup • Demonstrated success hiring roles in the US, Europe, and Latin America • Experience working with an early-stage U.S.-based tech startup or scaleup • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates • Ability to operate independently in a fractional / contract capacity • Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills • Comfort working in ambiguity and building processes as you go • Background hiring for highly selective or high-performance teams (bonus) • Experience partnering closely with founders or senior leadership (bonus)
