📋 Description

• Advise internal stakeholders on current and future talent needs aligned with business strategies for client Intuit • Partner and consult with leaders at all levels • Collaborate with Talent Partners to address diverse recruitment needs • Provide timely recruitment solutions • Develop inclusive talent pipelines • Guide, consult with, and educate hiring managers on best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in FinTech and/or SaaS Sales/Corporate/Customer Success Recruiting • High-volume or hyper-growth experience a plus • Comfort and proficiency partnering and consulting with leaders at all levels • Ability to collaborate with other Talent Partners • Flexibility and aptitude to provide timely solutions • Proven ability to develop inclusive talent pipelines • Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving dynamics • History of guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on best practices
