📋 Description

• Find and attract top talent for clients • Use deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other creative sourcing strategies • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client's culture socially and professionally • Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of marketing and design recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong sourcing skills • Expertise with Boolean search • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented
