• Support client intake, communication, and administrative workflows for a personal injury law firm • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients • Help guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in both English and Spanish • Handle sensitive information and manage client communication
• Answer incoming calls and communicate with potential clients • Conduct client intake interviews and gather necessary information • Translate and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish • Schedule consultations and follow up with leads • Maintain and update client information in the CRM or case management system • Assist with emails, document organization, and client follow-ups • Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding client matters • Help ensure clients feel supported, informed, and professionally assisted throughout the process • Support general administrative and office operations as the firm continues to grow
• Bilingual in English and Spanish • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Professional, compassionate, dependable, and client-focused • Experience in personal injury or legal support is a plus • Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, or case management software is a plus • Interest in long-term growth within the legal field
