📋 Description

• Delivery of account development, commercial performance and retention of key clients • Leading by setting standards and coaching others • Oversight and point of escalation for key agency opportunities • Troubleshooting senior client delivery issues • Reporting on commercial performance and health of existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting • Strong understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services • Proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts • Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management) • Experience in the commercial running of account work • Experience working with global brands, ideally in FMCG
