📋 Description

• Serve as a platform expert focused on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion • Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms and tools evolve • Monitor industry trends and learn about and speak to a variety of platforms • Identify and build packaged offerings and accelerators to support sales and improve efficiency • Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmaps, feature exploration and development, and integration solutions • Analyze complex business processes and design automated workflows, scripts, and processes • Develop and implement automation strategies for Workfront and Fusion • Partner with client service and business development teams on pitches and follow-on work • Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable, tailored platform implementations • Present subject matter expertise through client presentations • Scope estimates and collaborate on multi-solution and multi-platform solutioning and scoping • Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and hands-on labs • Provide domain expertise in client business, technology stack, data infrastructure, and digital marketing • Provide thought leadership in marketing technology • Develop knowledge of each client's business and data to align platform solutions with marketing objectives • Translate business needs into technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, and system integrations • Oversee and steer client programs and development work • Support development teams with solutioning • Promote information security practices and assess and report security risks • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for privacy compliance, including GDPR and CCPA • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy • Strong consultative and client-facing skills • Demonstrated expertise and experience implementing solutions with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion • Working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform range of products, including RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and Mix Modeler • Knowledge of related platforms such as Adobe Target is a plus • Self-driven; ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction • Proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization • Strong communication with all levels of leadership, management, and staff • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Digitally savvy and well-informed about innovations, trends, and technologies • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
