📋 Description

• Lead construction delivery across a multi-site portfolio, directing internal project advisors and external project partners. • Own end-to-end delivery from project kickoff through turnover, including scope, schedules, reporting, open-date readiness, punch-list resolution, and financial closeout. • Steward capital and expense budgets, payments, change orders, cost forecasts, and budget performance. • Align Real Estate, Design, Operations, IT, Hospitality, Finance, Facilities Services, HSSE, Legal, and other partners. • Lead emergency capital repairs and major field-issue response. • Direct project kickoffs, site visits, review meetings, and turnover activities. • Support site surveys, cost estimating, capital planning, and due diligence for investment opportunities. • Maintain project documentation, reporting cadence, and file integrity. • Provide senior leadership with insight into risks, delivery impacts, and cost exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, capital delivery, or multi-site retail development. • Demonstrated leadership in project execution, contractor management, and cross-functional alignment. • Deep expertise in construction operations, budget stewardship, schedule management, change control, and project reporting. • Experience across complex, field-based programs. • Experience in retail fuel, UST systems, petroleum, convenience retail, or other highly regulated construction environments strongly preferred. • Executive-level communication and influencing skills. • Strong operating rigor and organizational judgment. • Ability to balance competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and sustain execution across a complex portfolio. • Industry certifications such as OSHA and petroleum- or construction-related credentials such as API are advantageous. • Up to 50% travel should be expected. • Must be able to work in the United States; relocation assistance is not available.
