📋 Description

• Execute/direct/oversee data analyses, initiate interpretations, and conclusions, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Assist in determining client needs by effectively leading client interviews and utilizing various tools and analytical methods • Develop presentations and deliverables for client audiences that communicate strategy and outcomes • Manage the budget and expenses for their assigned projects and manage project profitability • Provide mentorship and guidance to all staff working with you on projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Master’s Degree; RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification
