📋 Description

• Support inventory management, forecasting, and reporting for Walmart and Sam’s Club business • Review replacement and order management • Prepare business, financial, and data analyses • Develop reporting and analysis for product managers, sales teams, and customers • Communicate analysis results to relevant stakeholders • Work with Sales, Inventory Management, and Finance teams on analysis and reporting • Develop and analyze scorecards to identify trends, unusual performance, ordering anomalies, and root causes • Recommend and implement process and reporting improvements • Create standard reporting for routine business activities • Monitor data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across Walmart systems, warehouses, and corporate records • Follow up to ensure analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented • Build demand forecasts with Sales and upload forecasts into corporate systems • Maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries • Manage item dimensions in Walmart systems and align them with corporate and warehouse records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role • Experience in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics • Consumer products experience preferred • Direct experience leveraging Walmart tools such as Scintilla, NOVA, and Supplier One • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive problem-solving ability • Experience analyzing and reporting sales and inventory data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision • Ability to determine when escalation of issues is necessary • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Excel • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics or Applied Statistics • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics • Preferred: Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similarly related platforms
