It funds and coordinates research and clinical trials, advances therapy development and access, leads advocacy on issues like insulin affordability, and provides community support, education, local chapters, events, and fundraising to accelerate breakthroughs and improve daily management for people with T1D.

📋 Description

• Act as an intermediary between the Data and Technology team and business segments • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and document technology needs • Deliver new solutions, system improvements, and features aligned with business strategies and objectives • Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams during enhancement and implementation phases • Gather, document, and synthesize stakeholder information into actionable requirements • Create and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps, and business process and data flow diagrams • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive stakeholder consensus • Assist in all phases of the SDLC • Support all stages of the Agile Scrum framework, including ideation, planning, implementation, testing, review, and retrospectives • Support business requests through Project Management and service desk platforms • Support User Acceptance Testing for system releases • Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time • Assist the PM and PO with project plans and roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Learn business application functionality to assess requirement feasibility and provide recommendations • Create, organize, and maintain Jira tickets with descriptions and acceptance criteria • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines • Communicate with technical and non-technical teams • Identify operational issues and propose workflows, application solutions, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical project teams in the definition and delivery of business-critical systems • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence • Strong knowledge of SDLC • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Expertise eliciting and documenting business requirements through use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, and screen wireframes • Expertise with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or diagramming tools such as Lucidchart • Experience developing and executing test cases and test management • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies • Flexibility, organization, and multitasking skills • Excellent decision-making skills and judgment • Strong customer service attitude and focus on end-user satisfaction • Ability to approach problems with ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is a plus • Working proficiency in SQL • Hands-on experience delivering solutions in a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven operational models, fundraising principles, and data environments • Experience navigating sensitive constituent data and federated data domains • Experience with CRM, fundraising, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Luminate Online, or Marketing Cloud is a plus • Experience with Project Management and Service Desk platforms is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required • IIBA certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) or equivalent applied experience is preferred
