📋 Description

• Build and implement SOPs across all departments (CX, logistics, wholesale, finance) • Fix operational inefficiencies in CX quality inventory flow preorder management • Ensure daily execution discipline across teams • Align and optimize Shopify, 3PL (Quiet / Stord), internal tools (Gorgias, Klaviyo, etc.) • Reduce manual errors (e.g., fulfillment mistakes, stock mismatches) • Implement scalable workflows and automation • Ensure growth initiatives translate into revenue sell-through • Support better product drop planning (avoid cannibalization) • Introduce clear KPIs across all teams • Manage remote global team • Hold departments accountable for execution, performance, timelines • Maintain consistent quality across departments daily. • Build the internal structure required to scale from $12M → $30M+ revenue • Define org structure (who to hire, when, and why) • Reduce founder dependency in operations • Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate monthly P&L • Improve inventory-based COGS tracking • Build investor-ready reporting • Prepare for due diligence, potential sale or fundraising

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years in operations / COO / Head of Operations roles • Experience scaling fashion / e-commerce / streetwear brands • Strong understanding of inventory & supply chain • DTC + wholesale models • Proven ability to fix messy operations • Build structure from chaos • Experience preparing companies for investment or acquisition (big plus) • Highly execution-focused (not just strategy)
