📋 Description

• Assist the Program Manager with setting up programs, keeping them on pace, and maintaining customer data and web pages • Assist in developing detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and success criteria • Confirm program websites are ready to launch and address readiness gaps • Build and maintain program ClickUp spaces with tasks, owners, and due dates • Set up programs in BCG's CRM and maintain accurate records • Coordinate with program partners on deliverables, timelines, and handoffs • Assist with customer data management in Excel and BCG's CRM • Manage program partner inquiries and engagement while maintaining brand voice and responsiveness • Assist with routine WordPress web page updates • Identify and escalate operational risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and program partners, answering questions and resolving issues using BCG's policies • Lead resolutions to complex disputes and policy exceptions • Draft status reports, summaries, and simple registration forecasts • Improve tracking workflows, risk checklists, and project guidelines • Maintain communication channels, manage stakeholder expectations, and align priorities across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or operations • Working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp or similar) and CRM systems • Strong spreadsheet skills, including managing customer data, analyzing registration data, and tracking pace against goals • Clear written communication for weekly updates and partner coordination • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and programs simultaneously • Detail-oriented, with a habit of checking work before it goes out • Proactive about raising risks and pacing concerns early • Willing to help with customer data and routine web updates as needed • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down • WordPress experience, preferred
