📋 Description

• Process and apply customer payments accurately in NetSuite • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts to reduce DSO • Generate and review invoices for accuracy and contract compliance • Support month-end close activities related to AR and deferred revenue • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for AR, billing, and subscription metrics • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and improve reporting accuracy • Track renewals, cancellations, and adjustments in NetSuite • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and support subscription-reporting automation initiatives • Validate invoice tax calculations and jurisdictional compliance • Assist with monthly SST filings and maintain accurate tax records • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities in AR, billing, and reporting workflows • Recommend and implement data-driven process improvements • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or business analysis roles • Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred • Strong understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition principles • Knowledge of SST compliance and tax reporting • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools preferred • Experience with automation tools and dashboards preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines preferred
