📋 Description

• Provide monthly recurring accounting services for clients • Review vendor invoices for appropriate accounting recording • Reconcile bank accounts and significant balance sheet accounts • Record bank account and credit card transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts • Assist with payroll management through ADP, Gusto, or other payroll providers • Complete full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis • Prepare month-end financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and specialized reports • Prepare monthly financial statements, financial reporting, and analyses • Prepare payroll entries and monthly accruals • Perform accounting records cleanup, budgets, forecasts, and other special projects • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare schedules for external auditors and tax CPAs • Perform limited networking and relationship management • Uphold Crowe’s values and act ethically and with integrity

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization • Accounting principles, practices, and procedures knowledge • Experience or ability to perform full-cycle accounting activities • Ability to use ADP, Gusto, or other payroll providers • Ability to perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis • Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses • Ability to process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Ability to prepare schedules for external auditors and tax CPAs • Must uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship • Must act ethically and with integrity
