📋 Description
• Play a key role in month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts • Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries • Work closely with HR on benefits and compensation • Own the full cycle of subsidiary accounting • Participate in the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing • Handle ad hoc projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• BS Degree in Finance or Accounting • 5+ years of experience in a technology company in a fast-moving environment • Accounting and payroll experience required • Excellent skills using NetSuite • Familiarity with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • High standard of work ethic
